In many countries, there are limitations on the work an unlicensed person may do… even the owner of the house. There are also differences made between what an unlicensed homeowner can do and what an unlicensed tradesman can do.
There are also distinctions made within kinds of electrical work. Appliance setting-up, for example, is always not thought to be banned energoprojects if the original wiring and connection was made by a licensed electrician.

The trouble and the trap is in the apparent easiness of electrical work. Small mistakes can cause quick and severe consequences. Poor wiring techniques can cause shock hazards that could not be evident until the accident happens.
Quality|Best electrical activities|works depends on consistency and uniformity. That is why there is an electrical code, so everyone is clear on the right and incorrect path to perform an electrical repair and installation. If every home was wired under a random standard, how could anyone without paranormal abilities discover how to troubleshoot a circuit?
We are not trying to prevent everyone from learning and enriching your skills. We wouldn’t have little chance of doing it, anycase. But you should know by now that we are a strong advocate of independence and self-reliance. But if one person destroyed his home down because he thought that he could do that electrical job, and was not sufficiently OK to do the job|task right… well, that is not what we had in mind when started this energoproject. We have seen some electrical wiring horrors throughout Russia, and major share|most were undertaken by homeowners who thought that performing electrical wiring|work was no more deserving of care than cleaning the backyard!
